Can I visit the park with my pet?
Yes, you can.
Please keep your pet on a leash and clean up after your pet. Also, please do not disturb other visitors.
As a general rule, you can walk with your pet throughout the entire park (including the greenhouse). Please ensure that pets are not allowed to enter the planting areas.
Please note that pets are not allowed to accompany you to the greenhouse cafe and the rest house “Flurie”.


Can I use a credit card?
No, you can’t.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but we ask that you pay in cash.


How long does it take to see the whole park?
It takes about 30 minutes to an hour.
You will need more time if you want to walk around the flower beds, the Main Greenhouse, and Mt. Iimori.


How many kilometers is the circumference of Kamenokura Pond?
It’s 1.3 kilometers.
It’s a good distance for a walk.


Can I reserve a wheelchair?
We are very sorry, but we do not take reservations.
Please understand that wheelchairs are used in the order our customers arrive.


Can I bring my own lunch and drinks?
Yes, you can.
You can eat your lunch on benches, in the grass plaza, or at the free rest area.
*Please note that these areas may not be available during events.
There are no trash cans in the park, so please take your trash home with you.
*Please refrain from bringing foods and drinks to the eating area such as rest house and greenhouse cafe.


Is there a nursing room or first aid room?
Yes, we do.
The nursing room and first aid room are both located in the Flower Center Administration office. Please ask the office staff if you need to use them. And a new restroom in front of the Main Greenhouse (March 2019) was built, so please use it.
In addition, there are also simple “diaper changing stations” in the restrooms in front of the Main Greenhouse and in the Rest House Flurie (for women).


Where are the multi-purpose toilets located?
There are three locations in the park.
They are located in the restrooms in front of the Main Greenhouse, the Flower Center Administration Office, and the Four Seasons


I am a member of the Flower Family, but I forgot my membership card. Is it possible to get a discount on the entrance fee or meals?
We are very sorry, but unfortunately, we can’t.
If you do not present your membership card before paying, we cannot offer discounts.
Please bring it with you when you visit our park.


I lost my Flower Family membership card. Can you reissue it?
Yes, we can.
Please let us know that you lost it at the toll booth or by phone or e-mail.
However, please note that we cannot reissue invitation tickets or souvenir tickets. (Reissue is possible on the same day)
