Rules for Park Use

Please follow the rules so that everyone is comfortable to use Hyogo Prefectural Flower Center.

Things you can’t do in the park

Damage or stain park facilities.
Pick or collect flowers and plants.
Collect sands and stones/modificate other land traits.

Keep the leash of your pets long. *Keep it short.
Not clean after your dog. *Clean it.

Catch or kill birds and fish.
Fishing at the pond in the park.

Do bonfire and BBQ.
Post papers, tags, other advertising items without permission.
Distribution of goods, donation, signature activities.

Entering into an uninhibited area.
Driving a vehicle to a location other than the designated location.
Other acts that may hinder the park management and acts that the officers asks to stop.

Things you can’t bring in the park

Baseball bat (made of wood and metal)
Golf club

Kick scooter
Skateboard
Air guns, cap guns etc

Radio-controlled airplane (including drone), radio controlled car (with engine)
Radio control ship (with engine)
In principle, it’s forbidden. But please ask more detailes at Service Center desk.
Other unsafe goods, things which may interfere with other users
